About the Business Incubator.
Business Incubators are specific centers oriented on both; offering office space to new or startup companies, as well as offering the renters other more specialized services that make it easier for new companies to function in the local market.
Piła`s Business Incubator offers all the services necessary to run and develop a company, forming a complementary system of complex entrepreneur services. Apart from renting office space it offers business support such as virtual office, consulting and training.
Piła`s Business Incubator is the first place in Piła and within the area in which the entrepreneurs make use of such vastly differentiated services.
The areas of the Incubator have been financed in accordance to the Regional Operational Programme for the Greater Poland region for the years 2007 – 2013. Measure 1.4. “Support of the undertakings associated with the Regional Strategy for Innovation”. Scheme I – Complex support of services provided to the entrepreneurs. Thanks to the acquired means conditions for the Piła`s Business Incubator have been created.
Total value of the project: 4 149 805,81 PLN
Total eligible expenditure: 3 016 473,69 PLN
Funding: 1 206 589,48 PLN
(being no more than 40% of the total eligible expenditure quota)
Own contribution: 1 809 884,21 PLN
The Aim: of the Business Incubator is
- the activation of the local job market,
- rising the level of entrepreneurship,
- constructing and developing infrastructure in support of entrepreneurship,
- providing complex services for entrepreneurs available in one place,
- support of startup entrepreneurs including students and graduates thus preventing their outflow
- creating new workplaces,
- increasing the number of companies and helping the development of existing ones
- Intensification of the cooperation between local partners including IOB, universities and local authorities.

What does the Piła`s Business Incubator consist of:
Piła`s Business Incubator consists of 3 elements:
- Area I – start up,
- Area II – seed,
- Area III – business.
Area I - start up is mainly used, on preferential conditions by the entrepreneurs youngest in practice. The area is organized as an open space which allows for creating an area of contacts. Thanks to creating a co-working area the young businessman makes use of office desks paid by the hour, conference rooms and an e-office.
The seed area – is meant for developing business and is organized in a box-office space, which is ideal for conducting business by micro and small companies. The space is organized so that everyone knows each other and enables cooperation. The entrepreneurs make use of the seed are also use conference rooms and the e-office.
The business area is meant for entrepreneurs who have already developed their business. Here the businessmen make use of newly constructed offices as well as the conference rooms and the e-office
The Conference Center in Invest- Park offers a modern office space of 850 m² it is situated in the center of Piła next to the Park on the City’s Island.
In the spacious rooms you can organize conferences, workshops, business meeting, training courses, recruitment, congresses, fairs, expositions and concerts.
We offer 5 rooms for rent:
Municipal Room a comfortable space which can house up to 300 people, best suited for conferences and concerts.
The couloirs of the Municipal Room an innovative space perfect for conferences, training courses, fairs and exhibitions.
Beige Room a spacious conference room equipped with a screen and overhead projector, flip chart and Wi-Fi internet connection.
Green Room a conference room equipped with a screen and overhead projector, flip chart and Wi-Fi internet connection. There is a possibility of using the all accessible kitchen facilities.
Purple Room a conference room equipped with a screen and overhead projector, flip chart and Wi-Fi internet connection, 42 inch TV, flip chart, Internet as well as access to the individual kitchen.
